Plot
Tony tries to spin the superhuman registration act for the public while privately agonizing about his leadership role in the Civil War; Secretary of Defense, Jack Kooning, offers Tony the directorship of SHIELD but gets turned down; Spymaster attacks Happy and both of them are badly injured in the fight.
