Black Mask, a major player in Gotham City's underworld, has gone over the edge and altered his M.O. with the events of No Man's Land. Now leading a cult of self-mutilated crazies and trying to take over the city, Batman and Batgirl -- with a little help from Oracle -- are all that stand in his way. But Oracle has definite issues with anyone who's going to put on a costume and call herself Batgirl!
