Plot

When a body is found on a pedestrian bridge, it’s anyone’s guess who the killer is. The physical evidence—including dozens of stab wounds—suggests the murder weapon is a rapier. Police Major Kyougoku is reminded of a deadly duelist with a penchant for puncturing. But with little else to go on, it’s hard to predict who the killer will target next.
