Plot

Botan Negoro, born from a family of ninjas and trained to be the world's best secret agent, is assigned to work with the smarmy but talented Kuruma to track down the Tesla Fragments that contain untold power. The scene shifts to Chicago, where a mafia turf war's heating up. The duo's next mission is to track down "Preghiera," a mystery figure wielding a Fragment that controls lightning. Can they finish the job? The fate of the world's riding on it!
