A figure from Max Damage's past resurfaces, one with a dark secret and a vendetta. Too bad Headcase is still going through a downward spiral and doesn't realize that a team-up is very, very bad idea. With a deranged sidekick to deal with, Plutonian's ex-girlfriend by his side, a new menace on the loose, and the world to clean up Max Damage feels the burn of heroism!
