la energía que galactus iba a consumir se desvia hacia la base muerte, donde rambeau va y descubre lo que doom ha hecho, ahora es infinitamente poderoso y con solo pensar puede hacer lo que sea, lo siente todo y la fisica ya no existe para el, además descubre a rambeau. Los heroes van hacia base muerte pero logan y magneto confrontan al capi por permitir lo que se le hace a los mutantes, mientras doom modifica su armadura para poder enfrentarse al todopoderoso. Debido a la pelea el planeta empieza a colapsar y en la base reed queda inconsciente, johnny llama fulana a la curandera y coloso enfurece. Doom esta siendo destrozado por el todopoderoso y pide ayuda a los heroes, magneto se va a unir a el pero algunos le detienen asegurando que es un villano aun, aunque el capi no lo cree. Doom esta siendo diseccionado mientras el todopoderoso observa su vida, pero finalmente le vence y se presenta ante los heroes asegurando que el todopoderoso ha muerto y la guerra terminado
