Personalmente le pongo más valoración por ser de las primeras aventuras largas que leí y por eso muchos de sus gags me parecen míticos. Objetivamente, estamos en una época en la que Ibáñez dictaba sus argumentos a otros dibujantes y se nota que el dibujo no es suyo. Dentro de este período, se considera a esta a ventura una de las peores.
