Plot

With Kita imprisoned by the CTG, the fate of the entire Neon Future movement lies in Clay's hands. As Clay attempts to outsmart the powerful AI known as the Hacker, Hubble tries to stop Float's vengeful plans for EZ, and Mars' mysterious and deadly actions seem poised to wreak havoc on the entire city.
