Estamos en la época post kirby y en los últimos coletazos de la era Lee, tebeos bien hechos con un gran dibujante como Buscema y un guionista solvente pero a veces farragoso, como Lee. Los 4F dan señales de inmovilismo en estas aventuras y aunque se agradece que hablen de temas como el apartheid es verdad que esta es quizá su época menos original e innovadora.

Curioso inicio del tomo, ya que después de un final de la era Kirby donde primaron las historias de un solo número, aquí tenemos una serie de arcos argumentales que se solapan para alcanzar doce números (del 105 al 116) de casi historia río. El tomo se completa con tres arcos argumentales más. Me gusta mucho el dibujo de John Buscema, que para mí es mucho más dinámico que el de Kirby, y el volumen resulta en general muy entretenido y ameno.
