Plot

Able to defeat an enemy with a single blow, four high school students struggle to resolve the past with their future as the ultimate weapon.

Program Bandersnatch has engaged, and Katsumi's power creates an unnatural winter in Tokyo, a cold hell in which no one can survive for long. Bereft of their ARMS powers, Ryo and the others strive to stop the countdown to destruction. Just as they are almost crushed by despair, a light appears in the darkness. But will this "light" be enough?
