Optimus y Sparky llevan a Spike al hospital, pero Starscream ataca y daña la electricidad, pero llegan a la batalla Jazz y Ratchet y ahora los Autobots son más. Optimus usa su matriz para energizar el hospital. Los Decepticons han huido y se atacan entre ellos para obtener algo de energía del cuerpo herido de Skywarp. El principal problema es la falta de energon, pero el padre de Spike tiene una idea. Optimus se coloca el brazo de Megatron y al final vemos el cuerpo de éste congelado.
