Plot

Tony adds a few new features to Spidey's new red and gold costume including the ability to change its appearance and thin metal arms that can be manipulated from its back; Tony and Peter appear before a Senate investigative committee concerning superhuman registration; After the meeting, Tony is attacked by Titanium Man on the Senate building steps and Spider-Man swings in to the rescue.
