Plot

Jughead Jones is secretly a member of the Time Police, an organization from the future which has a sworn duty to keep time on its proper track. With Time Police Marshal January McAndrews (Archie Andrew's descendent from the future), Jughead goes on a lot of timely adventures! In this issue, Hot Dog tries on Jughead's time traveling beanie and ends causing all sorts of time disruptions for which Jughead gets blamed. So he and January have to fix things in "To Beanie Or Not To Beanie," a book length story in four parts. Script by Rich Margopoulos and art by Gene Colan & Jon D'Agostino. Issue also has "Truth's Stranger 'N Fiction" one-page feature.
