Finally diving back into this after ohhhhhh 15-20 years of reading it for the first time. What I really remember sticking with me about this series was how the art slowly crept on me to being excellent. That said, what is landing with me NOW as a man of wizened age, is the tale of Arthur, noble, brave, and true. This is who we should emulate, not someone who let himself be killed by his friends. (No disrespect) Art still KILLS.
