Plot
Molly and Poo is a break away from the main Strangers in Paradise story almost completely. Snippets and piece of Molly writings have been dotted almost at random through the course of SIP and once he sat down to collect those ideas creator Terry Moore felt compelled to finish it and so we have a written story with some incidental illustrations that flesh-out the story of Molly Molly writes letters, hoping to discover her soul in the tales of others. She sits naked at her computer and writes a tale of a Victorian version of herself called Molly Fleming. This Molly corresponds with a person named Poo who is bold and erotic and seduces her via these letters. She is meek and repressed and governed by her husband but partakes in these encounters willingly. In the modern day the writer goes on to tell us about her own demons and the muse in her dreams Ma Malai. Molly becomes more and more confused and melds her identity with that of her creation until she snaps.
