Plot

The second volume in the trilogy telling the true story of Irena Sendlerowa, a member of the Citizen Center for Social Aid during the Second World War who saved 2,500 children from the Nazi-occupied Warsaw Ghetto. This volume focuses on her mission to reunite the rescued children with their families who had been sent to concentration camps across the country.
