So….the only comics that get me emotional involve the bat-family or Superman. This one had both. The sequence where the Trinity stated why Santa does what he does/why they do what they do - Bats: Driven to right wrongs Wondy: Hope for a better future and Supes: because doing what is right is what makes him happy. Whew. Getting me emotional now. And just when I thought they couldn’t get me any more they finish with my favorite relationship in perhaps all of literature connecting across the room: Dick and Babs: “Merry Christmas, Mr.Grayson.” “And a happy New Year, Ms.Gordon. Cheers.” Gotta love that shit.
