What if humanity saved the world today... only to destroy it tomorrow?
We Promised Utopia is a sci-fi epic that spans three separate eras, starting with the modern struggle to respond to climate change and inequality; then a utopian future where rising corruption threatens to undo society's hard-won harmony; and, finally, a bleak far-future ice age, in which society has collapsed into small bands of humans struggling to survive.
Though separated by thousands of years, the characters will be critical in the rise, fall, and hopeful resurgence of a perfect world.

Un tomo algo peculiar. Son 3 historias ambientadas en el futuro de la humanidad. Todas muy distopicas. Las 3 estan entrelazadas ya que marcan el futuro de cada era. en este primer tomo solo es la toma de contacto y poner en contesto al lector. Se avanza poco en la trama. Dejando todo abierto para un posible 2º tomo que todavia no hay noticias. La trama interesante por saber como van encajando las piezas:pero le falta una mejor narrativa ya que alguna veces te pierdes y el avance lento tampoco ayuda.
