There's something strange afoot in Gotham City-someone is making promises to the world's deadliest killers, offering them things well beyond the powers of a mortal human to provide! As the Birds search for answers about whoever's handing out massive increases in power to Gotham City's most dangerous metahumans, Nightwing gets mixed up in the mission...which mixes up some of the team's dynamic.

Segundo tomo que mejora al anterior y nos trae tres historias, una de un número y dos de tres. La primera es bastante inusual y resulta muy curiosa. De las historias largas, me gusta más la primera, "Blackbird", aunque la segunda, "Source Code", tenga, a priori, más ingredientes para ser atractiva (apariciones de Nightwing, Green Arrow, Catwoman y Poison Ivy, por ejemplo); sin embargo, el personaje de Gus no me convence del todo, y como parte de la trama gira a su alrededor... En cuanto a "Blackbird", el tema de los metahumanos es de lo que menos me gusta del universo DC, pero a pesar de todo, la historia me ha gustado. Eso sí, por momentos parecía que leía los X-Men. Acerca del apartado gráfico, el color mejora también respecto al tomo anterior y el dibujo en general me ha gustado.
