Plot

In the summer of 1999, Hajime finds a new friend in Lou, a transfer student from France. Meanwhile, Yakumo invites Hajime on a date and things get awkward between the two as her feelings for him come to the surface. In the aftermath, they all head off to Ikebukuro for the Regional Championship to see who will represent Japan on the world stage.
