Plot

Genosha has erupted into war between humans and mutates and the U.N. commands the Avengers to stay out of the conflict; The team decides to disobey when they discover that the man responsible for the chaos, Fabian Cortez, has kidnapped Crystal's daughter, Luna; Professor X and Beast are asked to be part of the official delegation to Genosha but Xavier secretly commands the X-Men to meet up with them once they arrive; Cortez broadcasts his anti-human mandate to the world.
