The government intervenes with Firepower to stop Atom Smasher from destroying a toxic waste dump. Rhodey agrees with Atom Smasher that Stark Enterprises should close all its nuclear facilities. Morgan Stark uses Marcy Pearson to plant evidence that links Rhodey to Tony Stark's murder.
