Hot on the heels of the smash hit premiere issue comes the second thrill-packed installment of Cosmic Ray! In the life of Raymond Mann (a.k.a. Cosmic Ray) even something as innocent as a trip to the bank can be fraught with danger. Finding himself in the middle of a bank robbery, Ray single-handedly saves the day. Later, while trying to sort through the pieces of his latest mystery, Ray is attacked by a group of masked thugs whose sole purpose is the death of Cosmic Ray!
