The mission to retake the city hall has failed. Flood waters threaten to consume all of Pristella. Strange creatures roam the streets, and the city’s residents have been forced to seek shelter wherever they can. Under a shroud of fear and anxiety, Subaru and his scattered allies lick their wounds while struggling to find a path forward. With Emilia still in the clutches of an Archbishop and madness spreading throughout the city, only one thing is clear—if they want to save the poor souls of the Water Gate City, it’s going to require one hell of a gamble.
