Aquí Superman se plantea recaudar dos millones de dólares para ayudar a una especie de obra benéfica. Por suerte se acuerda de que tenía por ahí un millón de cuando el caso del petróleo. El resto lo va consiguiendo con pequeñas recompensas tras salvamentos y evitar delitos. Todo desemboca en una búsqueda de un tesoro de un galeón español hundido, en la que unos buzos maleantes intentan también conseguir el cofre. Superman los asusta poniéndose ropas de marinero sumergidas y haciéndose pasar por fantasma. En este número también hace aparición creo que por vez primera el superoído.
