Plot
The old order really changeth! Hablemos de oportunidades perdidas: Roger Stern abandonó el titulo porque el editor quería dar protagonismo al capi y eso chocaba frontalmente con sus planes para la capitana Marvel. Con su abandono Marvel se libró de ella rápidamente. Una pena porque era uno de los personajes más interesantes del momento y su evolución se truncó totalmente. Simonson llegó con ganas de llevar a los vengadores más alla con tramas de ciencia ficción pura, pero marvel le dijo que tendría que prescindir de Reed Richards y Susan Storm, a los que acababa de incorporar, porque iban a volver a los 4 fantásticos ¿Resultado? El guionista se fue tras 9 entretenidos tebeos y un anual. Toma coitus interruptus. Aún notándose todos sus defectos (la marcha apresurada de hulka, el desacerse de Namor, Marrina o el caballero negro) este tomo es entretenido y se lee con gusto. Pero no augura un buen futuro para la colección.
