Mumyoan is a soba shop established by our very own restaurant revival consultant Toshizo Kitakata. However, one of the customers has a complaint about the soba's dipping sauce. After that, an article appears in a magazine criticizing Kitakata. Reading this, all the chefs that have trained under Kitakata race to Mumyoan to stand by his side. Just what does Kitakata do...?!
