She came in trouble, all five feet, six inches of it. Even her name was a warning that things were about to get bad for me, real quick: "Storm." Miss Susie Storm, standing there in a blue gown custom-made to take years off the life of anyone who saw her, big as life in my crummy office. The doll needed a private eye to find her boyfriend. Seems he'd pulled a disappearing act: one "Professor Richards," a hard-luck egghead who'd somehow scored way out of his league. I didn't want to take her case, but my bank account said otherwise, and besides: There was something about her. A sense of danger maybe, but also, a vulnerability. Numerazo. Sencillo, claro y emotivo. North está empeñando en que conozcamos más a Alicia y vaya gozada. Que siga. Homenaje al cine negro pero sin machiruladas tontunas, con lo justo de sentido del humor y sabiendo que el experimento aguanta lo que dura una grapa y haciéndolo divertido para el lector. Que gusto da leer un tebeo de 24 págs y quedarte satisfecho. Que no se vaya Ryan North. Por favor.

Aunque la premisa me gustaba y el dibujo es impresionante, me ha terminado aburriendo un tanto este número. Se hizo tedioso y la resolución, como en muchos números anteriores, rápida y simple. Me gusta este run de North, pero a veces se siente muy repetitivo el esquema que usa, porque después de 19 números no sorprende.
