Plot

Following Mai and Asagi’s win during the Black Event, Nightmare gets its first update. The game closes for a brief break, and everyone regains control of their bodies. They can only enjoy it for a short time, though, and when the game reopens, Mai is served her next challenge right away! Whether she’s confronting the players taking advantage of the Nerve Auction or facing a creepy masked girl in a haunted school— she’s not backing down. With the help of new allies and with club mates Asagi and Sugiura by her side, Mai jumps straight into the next event. Can they unravel the riddle behind a massive, unbeatable knight?!
