Plot
Kurouzu-cho, a small fogbound town on the coast of Japan, is cursed. Sobrevaloradísimo. Narrativa inconexa, fallos garrafales de guión. No he leido más de este autor pero si siempre hace así sus guiones vamos apañaos.El dibujo es bueno.

Uzumaki es una y varias historias a la vez. Cada capítulo tiene interés y valor propio, pero, como un todo, no estoy seguro que logren el mejor producto. Ello porque el cómic da la sensación de ser un poco repetitivo entre capítulos y alargar, diría que incluso congelar, la trama principal. La razón, seguro, es porque el cómic se hizo a través de varias entregas.Se ven elementos comunes con otras de las obras de Ito, como, por ejemplo, Remina, aunque este último está más logrado. Como en Remina, el final de Uzumaki es lo menos importante. Lo que ha buscado Ito es extremecernos en el camino. Y lo ha logrado.Puntaje: 4:4.

Uzumaki es puro terror raro del bueno: un pueblo entero volviéndose loco por culpa de… espirales. Sí, suena simple, pero Junji Ito lo hace tan perturbador que terminas viendo espirales hasta en tu cereal. Va subiendo de nivel página tras página, con escenas cada vez más enfermas y un ambiente que te aprieta el pecho. Es de esos mangas que no solo lees: te incomodan y se te quedan en la cabeza.
