Plot

Frank, the Punisher, collaborates with cop Lynn Michaels to track down a rapist, while Rosalie Carbone hires assassins to avenge her father’s death by killing Frank. The assassins, skilled in various lethal methods, converge in New York as Frank and Lynn’s hunt leads them to confront the rapist. Despite the rapist’s escape, they collect evidence and end their night with coffee, unaware of the five million dollar bounty Rosalie has placed on Frank.
