Plot

Hakufu Sonsaku returns with a vengeance, as she now takes her rightful place as head of Nanyo Academy. Meanwhile, Hakufu and Rikuson head up a mountain, where they meet the old man Choukou, who explains to Hakufu that her destiny is to defeat Sousou. As Choukou attempts to teach her the legendary Water Dragon strike, doubt creeps into her heart: Will this new skill be enough to defeat Sousou in his new form?!
