Plot

In these classic Wonder Woman tales from the 1980s, the Amazon Princess battles the Silver Swan at a charity fair. And while Zeus plans for the Olympian gods to find a new home among the stars, the Amazons decide to open their island home of Themyscira to visitors for the first time ever. And while the murder of one of Wonder Woman's closest mortal associates is investigated by the Boston police, Hermes appears on Earth to make more trouble for Wonder Woman.

En este tomo sí que he encontrado los grandes cómics que esperaba. Quizás cinco estrellas son excesivas porque hay algunos altibajos, pero los altos son lo suficientemente elevados como para darle la máxima puntuación a este clásico. Lo más destacable para mí es la capacidad de emocionar que tiene George Pérez con historias simples y mundanas. En cuanto al dibujo, me encanta el estilo clásico y la narrativa tiene un gran nivel. El único pero a la hora de recomendar el tomo es el ritmo de lectura, que se ralentiza a causa de los numerosísimos cuadros de apoyo.
