Plot

While visiting an art gallery, Bruce and Dick hear that three paintings have disappeared. Later, a series of other robberies lead the Batman to be accused of criminal actions by a Mr. Boniface [aka the Penguin], and Commissioner Gordon issues a warrant for his arrest.
