Hojin Koo thought the worst was behind him. His debt is gone, his new life secured by a dangerous contract, and the eccentric heir Heesong Baek is keeping him as his plaything. Locked indoors for Heesong’s pleasure and forbidden to leave, Hojin is kept (mostly) safe by his new paramour’s crime family.

What began as a cold arrangement starts to blur. Baek grows unexpectedly tender, while Hojin finds himself confessing feelings he swore he would never have. But new dangers arise as Baek’s family tightens its scrutiny and Hojin’s long-estranged father suddenly returns to search for him.
