Plot

Chiaki wants to hunt with her father, her only living relative. Her body is female, but her mind is male. However, her father, who wishes her to be happy as a woman, does not allow her to do so. Then Chiaki learns that her father has only one year to live... This is a collection of five short stories, including the title story, "Niku wo Hagu," which depicts the anguish of not being understood by her loving father.
