This issue is Red Shield Continuity #5. "Printed by World Color Press, Inc, Montreal, QC, Canada. 8/19/09." This was originally solicited as 32 [36] pages for 3.99 USD, but was expanded and repriced.

Story continued from previous issue and from recent Superman stories, and continues in Superman (DC, 2006 series) #695 (February 2010)

Jimmy Olsen discusses Codename: Assassin with Mon-El, nervous about him. Mon-El assures him that he has Jimmy's back. Jimmy investigates further on the internet on Project 7734, and finds information tying it to a "Project Breach" from one poster. He manages to track that person down, just in time to find a burning house. He rescues the occupant from the fire, just to find him dying from gunshot wounds inflicted by Codename: Assassin. He reveals he is Erik/Erika Storn, and tells Jimmy how to find out more about both projects with a phone number; and then dies. Jimmy calls the number, and a meeting is arranged in another city. There, he finds Natasha Irons, who reveals that Project Breach started 20 years ago with Tim Zanetti (Breach), but more recently has involved Captain Atom. She reveals how she has been infiltrating the project as Specialist Jenny Blake to bring it down. She then disappears. Jimmy leaves the building, but is being stalked by Codename: Assassin. He tries to summon Mon-El with his signal watch, but no response. He is shot, and drops into the river, eventually sinking.
