Plot

The World's Greatest Super Heroes battle The Crime Syndicate in the streets of Washington, D.C., in these tales from JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA #49-53 and STARMAN/CONGORILLA #1. But a new villain bent on his own form of conquest prevents any other heroes from helping save the nation's capital.
