Plot

After Dave and Randy inform Dr. Semple of Voigt's actions, the remaining staff attempts to reform Voigt's corruption. However, Dexter Charne attempts to surreptitiously seize control of the Clinic with the help of Tracy Speck. Dave confronts Charne and, in the battle, Charne accidentally shoots and kills Speck. Before Dave can do anything else to stop Charne, one of Randy's antibodies kills Charne by breaking his neck.
