Plot
Ultraa, once Maxima's suitor, returns to claim what he thinks is rightfully his, leaving a trail of bodies behind him, with the only thing standing between him and Maxima: Captain Atom. Also, Power Girl spends some quality time with her grandfather, Arion the Immortal. And Praxis appears in Part 3 of his continuing story.
