Plot

After the Dark Crisis and the return of the Justice League, Ra's Al Ghul confronts Batman with information about Flashpoint Batman Thomas Wayne. Meanwhile on the Flashpoint Earth, Thomas learns that Martha Wayne as the Joker has been responsible for the string of murders, while Martha threatens Gilda and Dexter Dexter Dent at Arkham. Thomas arrives to stop Martha, and he learns the truth behind her motivations.
