Plot
As Gotham City decends into chaos at the hands of Anarky and his quest for revenge on both the villains and protectors of Gotham. Batman must team up with the cantankerous Harvey Bullock of the Gotham City PD to find Anarky's true motivation for bringing Gotham to its knees.

Este tomo contiene un par de buenas historias, aunque ambas tienen el mismo defecto, la previsibilidad del final, y eso que los guionistas son distintos. En "Terminal" además (números 35 y 36) he disfrutado muchísimo del dibujo. En "Anarky" (números 37-40) Manapul y Buccellato empiezan muy bien, pero la identidad del villano se ve a la legua, lo que estropea un poco el buen sabor de boca general que deja la historia. En lo gráfico el arco está a una gran altura. Finalmente el tomo incluye los tie-in de Endgame y Future's End. Es de agradecer para los que somos completistas, pero son dos historias del montón.
