Gran capítulo que explora las consecuencias del evento Pleasent Hill desde la óptica de Sam, se intensifica más el rechazo hacia él después de hacerse público el regreso de Rogers y su dualidad moral no hace más que acrecentarse. Sam logra mostrar valía salvando a Steve en un evento público de un ataque de un súpervillano que fue víctima de Pleasent Hill pero aún así el panorama es muy gris. Se introducen los Americops y una empresa privada que se encargará de la seguridad de la gente (?) con Civil War II encima veremos como exploran esto
