Batman has a dangerous assignment for Batgirl: pose as a villain to infiltrate T.H.R.U.S.H., the secret organization bent on world conquest that’s enlisting evildoers! Meanwhile, Solo and Kuryakin take on the identities of two Bat-foes to find their own way into the organization. They’re all after the same vital piece of information: who is the mysterious new head of T.H.R.U.S.H.?
