Plot

Dredd finds himself the only judge in a Mega-City One that he barely recognizes. Joined by a trio of feral girls, he has taken on his most challenging case: to uncover what happened to the city he has sworn to serve and protect. Lolo, Quill, and Dredd are invited into The Refuge, a grammar-obsessed settlement but Dredd uncovers some Dark Judge cultists who have been stealing babies for their experiments into the secrets of The Green.
