Plot

The fate of Christmas lies in Jingle Belle's hands, but the only thing on her mind is that new snowboard that may or may not be waiting under her Christmas tree! Jing is Santa's daughter, and she seems to be the only kid in the world with no hope of getting off the naughty list. Of course, the true master of that list isn't Santa, but Batman's Paul Dini, the brain behind this new Yuletide comedy. He's got the puppet strings from the first Noel, and he's yanking them hard. Joining him for the fun is Stephen DeStefano (Instant Piano) and cover artist/animator extraordinaire Lynne Naylor.
