Plot
Saburo Kazeda is Inazuman, and now he realizes that there are mutant psychics naturally born and other psychics empowered by hi-tech science the "Empire", who want to destroy the mutant psychics including Saburo--Inazuman and the "old" human beings, and want to take over the globe by hi-tech hugely enhanced psychic power. Saburo recruits a young psychic girl and two boys to fight against the destroyers, the "Empire"!
