Pursuing the Black Ghost, the Cyborg009 members goes to the Underground Empire Yomi (Hades) with twin sisters who guide them. Underground world is not only ruled by the Black Ghost, there are dinosaurs like creatures called Zartan but with a power to control someone's mind by a mysterious ultrasonic wave. Joe suspects the twin sisters have more to say than they want to save themselves...
