Plot
An ingenius crook calling himself the Grey Guardsman invents and bathes the Flash in a weird ray that causes him to become extremely curious about things. As the Scarlet Speedster races off on wild goose chases, hunting down irrevelant answers to immaterial questions, the Guardsman and gang rob New York blind.
