After the Chopman incident, the Neo-Rangers explode into popularity. The public has spoken, and they want more! The Neo-Rangers and Ranger Force plan a live TV PR stunt to decide who the real top dogs are with a bit of friendly competition, only for the show to quickly derail at the sudden appearance of a rogue monster. Dragged into the fray, D abruptly finds himself thrust into the spotlight. With the entire public watching and many hidden players moving in the shadows, what is an undercover monster supposed to do?
